Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products concluded on the OUTSHOP website between the publisher (hereinafter "the Seller") and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes and are not part of the contractual scope if errors have been introduced. Products are offered while stocks last.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller may be eligible for VAT exemption (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), so the mention "VAT not applicable" may appear on invoices [TO BE COMPLETED according to your situation]. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 5 — Order

The Customer places an order online. The sale is considered final after confirmation of the order and receipt of payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered on the site (credit card and other solutions displayed at the time of payment). Payments are secured. The order is processed only after payment validation.

Article 7 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery zone: international. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 days depending on the destination. These times are given for information only; a delivery delay cannot give rise to damages. Delivery costs are indicated before order validation. Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise it, the Customer informs the Seller of their decision by email to quantila.services@gmail.com before the expiry of the deadline. Products must be returned new, complete and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Reimbursement occurs within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.

Article 9 — Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of non-compliant or defective product, the Customer can contact the Seller at contact@breenomade.com

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption or strike of transport services, or misuse of the product by the Customer.
